PRESENTATION
The two Appartamenti Antea Gradisca were completely renovated in 2017.
The restored 19th century house used for the apartments originally belonged to my family’s great grandaunt, whose name was Tea. From a play on words with regard to Tea’s name I created “Aunt Tea….Antea”.
By the start of the of 1900s aunt Tea used to let rooms in her house. Continuing this family tradition, I have transformed a part of Tea’s house into guest apartments.
Appartamenti Antea Gradisca are ideal for tourists -also wishing to visit regional fairs and events- as well as for those professionals travelling in the area for business, who may need to stay in Gradisca for a longer period of time.
All guests staying in my apartments, whether travelling by car, bicycle or public transport, will be able to enjoy the wide range of activities that the area offers; from bike tours and trekking to culture events and wine & food tasting.
Professionals that are visiting Gradisca, or who are visiting the nearby areas of Villesse, Gorizia and Monfalcone, will also find in my apartments a comfortable and relaxing place in which to stay after a busy day of work.

The APARTMENTS
The two ground floor apartments are newly refurbished. They have been fitted to the best specifications and are tastefully furnished. The building itself is modern and welcoming, with special attention paid to the comfort of guests and the design details of each apartment.
Each of the two apartments are divided into a lounge/kitchen area (with a double sofa-bed), a bedroom (with a double bed) and a bathroom.
As such, each apartment is able to host up to four people.
A seating area with awnings can also be enjoyed on the house’s sunny terrace.
In addition, there is a car park within the premises and bike ranks are also available for the use of all guests.

All rooms are fully furnished and with the following:
A kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob with extractor hood, fridge and freezer, a full set of pans, plates and cutlery, kettle, juicer, coffee machine with capsules, Italian coffee machine, coffee machine with filter, etc.

- Hair drier
A full set of bed sheets, covers and towels are also provided for each apartment, while all windows are equipped with mosquito netting.
There is also an external tub with a hose pipe for the common use of guests.

Stay from a minimum of three days.
The supplement per person per day is Euro 15,00.
The above prices include cleaning of the apartment at the end of the stay and the full use of electricity, water, heating, air conditioning and WI-FI during a guests’ stay.
Please note that pets are not permitted. Smoking not allowed inside the apartments.
Payment:
An advance payment is required at the time of booking.
Balance is required at the latest at the day of arrival.
GRADISCA d'Isonzo
Appartamenti Antea Gradisca are located in Gradisca d’Isonzo, walking distance from the pedestrian area of the village’s historic town centre. Gradisca d’Isonzo, certified as one of the “Borghi più Belli d’Italia” (‘most beautiful Italian villages’), is an ideal location to begin a visit to the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The costal cities of Trieste and Grado can be reached by car in half an hour, while the hills of Carso and Collio are nearby, and there are good road and public transport links to all major nature and culture attractions in the region.
The historic town centre, most of which is inside a pedestrian zone surrounded by public parks, is renowned for its elegant cafes and restaurants where it is possible to enjoy drinks, ice cream and culinary specialities from the local cucine.
Venetian and Austro-Hungarian influences remain today evident in the architecture and traditions of the town, fused in the unique life and spirit of the area.

About MYSELF
After achieving my degree in foreign languages at the University of Udine, I moved to Austria, where I lived and worked for several years.
After moving back to Italy I rediscovered the delights of my region, Friuli Venezia Giulia and my birth town, and fell in love with both.
I like walking around my town, stopping to chat with friends and acquaintances, having a cappuccino or an aperitif overlooking the main square. In my spare time, I like reading books, deepening cultural topics - especially History-. I also love nature, the sea and outdoor physical activity.
I will be very happy to welcome you to Appartamenti Antea Gradisca and to offer my advice to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
I also speak fluent German and English, if Italian is not your first language.
